By enrolling in this online training course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Course Access
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to all course materials, including lessons, resources, and any associated assessments. Access is for the enrolled participant only and is non-transferable. -
Non-Refundable Policy
a. All course fees are non-refundable once the participant has started the course.
b. Completion of the course, including attempting and/or failing any required exams, does not entitle the participant to a refund.
c. Refunds will not be issued if the participant’s state application to become or renew as a notary is rejected.
d. Refunds will only be considered in the event of administrative errors, technical issues preventing access, or course cancellation by the provider. -
Course Completion
Participants are responsible for completing all lessons and assessments within the timeframe specified (if applicable). Completion status does not affect the non-refundable policy. -
Intellectual Property
All course materials are the property of the provider. Copying, sharing, or distributing course content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. -
Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and complete the course. -
Limitation of Liability
The provider is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from inability to access or complete the course due to technical or personal issues. -
