By enrolling in this online training course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access
   Upon enrollment, you will receive access to all course materials, including lessons, resources, and any associated assessments. Access is for the enrolled participant only and is non-transferable.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
   a. All course fees are non-refundable once the participant has started the course.
   b. Completion of the course, including attempting and/or failing any required exams, does not entitle the participant to a refund.
   c. Refunds will not be issued if the participant’s state application to become or renew as a notary is rejected.
   d. Refunds will only be considered in the event of administrative errors, technical issues preventing access, or course cancellation by the provider.

3. Course Completion
   Participants are responsible for completing all lessons and assessments within the timeframe specified (if applicable). Completion status does not affect the non-refundable policy.

4. Intellectual Property
   All course materials are the property of the provider. Copying, sharing, or distributing course content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Technical Requirements
   Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and complete the course.

6. Limitation of Liability
   The provider is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from inability to access or complete the course due to technical or personal issues.

7. Policy Updates
   The provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
